Your Rights

  • Receive respectful, compassionate care regardless of race, religion, gender, or financial status.
  • Be informed about your diagnosis, treatment options, and expected costs in a language you understand.
  • Give or withhold informed consent before any procedure or treatment.
  • Privacy and confidentiality of your medical records and personal information.
  • Request a second opinion or choose to transfer your care to another facility.
  • Access your medical records and receive a clear explanation of your bill.
  • Voice concerns or complaints without fear of compromising your care.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your health, medications, and medical history.
  • Ask questions if you do not understand your diagnosis, treatment plan, or instructions.
  • Follow the treatment plan agreed upon with your doctor, or communicate promptly if you cannot.
  • Treat hospital staff, other patients, and visitors with courtesy and respect.
  • Keep scheduled appointments, or inform us in advance if you need to reschedule.
  • Fulfil financial obligations for the services provided, as per hospital billing policies.
  • Follow hospital rules regarding safety, visiting hours, and infection control.
